My profile

Sree is the founder and manager of Protégé Inc Private Limited, a Learning and Development organization that has been operating for 15 years. He started his entrepreneurial journey in May 2003 with just $5000 and has since achieved numerous project sales ranging from simple 3-hour programs to 10-day overseas leadership and experiential learning programs. Sree has served prestigious schools and corporate clients, and has managed business within the Southeast Asian region.

​Protégé Inc was founded in 2003 with a vision to inspire and cultivate the innate entrepreneurial spirit within every individual. Under the leadership of Mr. Sreekanth, a renowned DiSC trainer and John Maxwell certified coach and speaker in the fields of leadership, communication, and coaching, Protégé has conducted over 600 training programs and courses, providing expert guidance to individuals and businesses across Asia.

Since 2003, Protégé has facilitated project sales worth over 3 million in the local and Asian markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Mr Sreekanth holds a Masters in Business Administration with Merit from the prestigious University of Sunderland, and his passion for coaching and leadership is reflected in the company's current focus.
